Although new to Sonoma County, Justin Harris is no stranger to doing loans. He owned and operated a boutique mortgage company in Anchorage, Alaska for 7 years. He sold his company in July, 2007 after his wife, Shannon, got pregnant with their third girl. He moved his wife and daughters, Nicholle, Madison and Aaliyah to California in April, 2008. After getting his family settled into their new home he partnered up with Jeremy Forcier and Benchmark Mortgage. Justin has always been a perennial producer in the mortgage industry. He was a top producer in Alaska and ranks in the top 1% of loan officers nationwide. His bottom line is that he only wants to work with people (clients, agents, referral partners, if he can bring massive value to the relationship.
